1. What we collect

When you call, WhatsApp, use the booking form or bring your vehicle in, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (make, model, registration and VIN) and a description of the problem.

The booking form on this website doesn’t store anything. It opens WhatsApp on your device with your details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, book and repair your vehicle, order parts, invoice you and keep a service history. We don’t use it for marketing without your permission, and we never sell it.

3. Who we share it with

Only where needed for your job: parts suppliers (vehicle details to get the right part), specialists we send work to with your agreement, and our accountant or authorities where the law requires it. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep job cards and invoices for as long as tax and consumer law require (usually five years), then delete or destroy them.

5. Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

6. Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
